SPinturaArt Studio provides custom technical apparel engineering, brand architecture systems, precision digitizing, and digital asset development. Full intellectual property and commercial usage rights transfer to the client upon full invoice settlement. Clients retain responsibility for trade clearance of submitted marks.

We strictly respect client proprietary confidentiality. Artwork files, tech packs, brand guidelines, and corporate information submitted to SPinturaArt are utilized exclusively for production execution and are never shared, sold, or distributed to third parties.

Due to the custom nature of technical design engineering, factory tech packs, and dedicated bench time, orders cannot be canceled or refunded in cash once production has commenced. If a technical defect is identified, complimentary file calibration is provided. Unused prepaid balances in the Studio Reserve remain credited indefinitely on the client's production ledger.

All deliverables are digital production assets (PDF, AI, DST, EMB, SVG) delivered electronically via secure client portal download or direct email within 24 to 72 business hours following bench scheduling. No physical shipping is required.
